Spring Fling 25-27th May – Join us at Studio 54 with Leeming & Paterson + Friends

Join Ted Leeming and Morag Paterson, along with Malcolm Haddow from SWSEIC and McNabb Laurie from D&G Woodlands, for a weekend of art, walks in the woods and citizen science as part of this year’s spring fling, kindly supported by DG Climate Hub.

As Ted and Morag celebrate 15 years of a land restoration project, they’ll be opening their studio doors and sharing artwork inspired by the emerging habitats, as well as from further afield.  Malcolm will be offering moth trapping and citizen science workshops on Saturday 25th May from 11am and McNabb Laurie will be offering woodland walks on 25th, 26th and 27th May at 11am or 2pm daily.

Join one of the ‘Walking through a New Wilderness’ sessions for a short walk through the site, culminating in the additional reward of a superb views over the Galloway Hills. We’ll be discussing ‘wilderness’ and looking at what is getting established over the last 15 years.”
