The D&G Woodlands AGM is proposed for Thursday 24th September 2026, 5.00-6.45pm @ The Pavilion, Barwhillanty Estate, Parton. All members are invited!
This year, we are delighted to be holding our AGM in a fantastic new venue, ‘The Pavilion’ at Barwhillanty Estate, Parton, just north of Castle Douglas. Attendance will also be available to members further afield via an online Teams meeting link. Comments and input are welcomed equally from those online or in person; we would encourage any in-depth questions or comments to be sent in advance.
The 2026 D&G Woodlands AGM will include refreshments for those attending in person, plus a brief talk given by Barwhillanty’s Deer Manager, along with a short walk for anyone interested, to view their on-site community deer larder.
All members are invited to attend. If you are keen, please email sam.lomax@dgwoodlands.org indicating whether you hope to attend online or in person, so that we can plan numbers and send out directions or the Teams link closer to the time.
